After we receive your information and contact you, we will ask you to visit several Echidnas meetings. The meetings are in Richardson, TX. After a trial period and if your family is a good fit, you will be invited to join Echidnas.
New members are invited into the group based on the current ratio of moderators to students. A waiting list is maintained if needed.
Membership fees are required because Echidnas Group has hired moderators who are experienced with Asperger’s Syndrome and have backgrounds which enable them to create a safe, inclusive environment. A set membership fee is due on the first meeting of each month, regardless of whether or not you attend. Echidnas meets throughout the year and does not go on break during the summer.
